1. Tell Us Your Requirement
Send us your template briefing and associated design files.
For coding orders, design to HTML coding conversion, we’ll need the Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other design file. Plus when integrating with a particular email platform we’ll need to know which. Typically that’s everything we need. But of course you can let us know any special instructions too. The order process makes it easy to provide all the details we’ll need.
If your order is for design and coding, send us your design brief, brand guidelines and any files such as logos or images that we need to incorporate. If you’re not sure what to put in your design brief we’ll give you a short pro-forma design questionnaire to complete.

2. Our Work
As soon as we receive your requirements, we’ll review and get back to you promptly should we need to clarify anything.
Then we get to work on your email template. We deliver within the timescale required. Following your review and feedback from the first draft we make any changes you require.
The final step is for us to complete our tried and trusted QA process. We test the template to ensure compatibility across 53 email clients and in all major browsers.

3. Delivering Your Template
In no time flat we’ll be sending you a file with the tested email template or we can load it into your email solution. Files sent for you to upload into your email solution are formatted to import cleanly using your email solution tools.
In the event any last minute questions crop we’ll still be on hand to help. Our job is done only when you are happy.
